Carrington Coffee is a project run by Innocent Niyongaboa Burundian entrepreneur living in the United States. Trained as a barista, he developed his expertise in the coffee sector in Burundi before expanding internationally.
Through Carrington Coffee, he aims to offer an approach to coffee that combines Burundi-style preparation and western influenceswith a focus on product quality and expertise.
