Preparing and cleaning fish<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Scaling<\/strong> the Mukeke with a knife and wash well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open the fish and <strong>remove entrails<\/strong>rinse several times with clean water.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rub fish with <strong>lemon juice<\/strong> and a little salt to remove the strong smell.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do <strong>slight incisions<\/strong> on the skin to allow the oil to penetrate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.
